The Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (NAIPTA) manages the Sedona RoadRunner transit system and operates a circulator route and a Cottonwood Express service for commuters.

Circulator

Two buses service the Gallery and Uptown Sedona commercial area from 9 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. each day. The level of service provides generally 8-10 minute frequency with 7 planned stops in this high volume corridor and is a fare free service.

Cottonwood Express

The circulator buses operate before and after their scheduled circulator service to provide commuter service in the morning and evening. The service will connect central Cottonwood with the major employers along 89A and northern portions of SR 179. The first bus leaves Cottonwood at 8 a.m. and the second bus at 9 a.m. The first bus returns from Sedona at 5:45 p.m. arriving at roughly 6:30 p.m. and the second bus departs from Uptown Sedona at 6:45 p.m. Fares are $2 per trip, each way and discounted monthly passes are available.

Para Transit

Curb to curb service is available within ¾ of a mile within the Circulator (fixed route) corridor. Fares will be $2 per trip.
